Our President and Minister of State, Mr. Zülfikar Zeynula, paid an official visit to the President of the Presidency of Defence Industries of the Republic of Türkiye, Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün, at his office, as part of his official visits to the Republic of Türkiye.

During the meeting, opportunities for existing cooperation in the defence industry between the Republic of Türkiye and the Republic of North Macedonia, two NATO allies, as well as concrete steps to further advance this cooperation, were discussed. Particular attention was given to the areas in which North Macedonia could benefit from Türkiye’s technological achievements, experience and capabilities in the defence industry.

Our President and Minister of State, Mr. Zülfikar Zeynula, emphasized the importance of strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries in the field of defence industry as well. He expressed his gratitude to Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün for his kind reception, warm interest and constructive discussions.
